Practical Steps to Planning and Launching your Practice
Over the past 22 years, Steve (my husband and business partner) and I have created the clinic of our dreams. Along the way, we have had to overcome many obstacles. Some of these obstacles were unique to us and our circumstances, but many of them we felt could be prevented if we had a manual, a step-by-step guide on how to get started and what to and not to do. This would have saved us so much time and money! The reason I wrote this book is to provide just that: a guide to help physicians of any type at any stage of their career create the clinic of their dreams. One that is fulfilling in terms of offering the care they want, and to be fairly compensated for that value fairly. I have a successful practice and would like to pass on this information to others to help them achieve their dreams!
